You will need: 2 small MFR (Myofascial Release) balls, 1 soft ball or a pilates ball (20-23 cm in diameter) and a big bath towel.
At the very beginning you can use:
2 small towels instead of the MFR balls; or alternatively you can take your socks and either rice or any other grains to form balls.
A sofa pillow instead of the soft ball.
You don't even need any training clothes! Just take your intention to become lean & serene with you. And don't forget a smile.
